We’re Gary and Kim Evans—a husband-and-wife photography duo based just outside Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. Our journey began with a chance encounter at a wedding show—Gary from Wales, Kim from Canada—and evolved into a life filled with love, creativity, and building businesses side by side.

Together, we bring nearly 40 years of combined experience in the wedding industry, with hundreds of weddings captured across Canada and beyond. Our work is known for its emotional depth, refined style, and exceptional client experience. In addition to our photography, we founded Pop Up Weddings by Lovely Weddings, a trailblazing concept that transforms styled shoots into real, unforgettable wedding experiences. Designed as a beautiful alternative to City Hall or traditional large weddings, our Pop Up Weddings offer couples a stylish, stress-free way to say “I do”—bite-sized, but bursting with heart.

When we're not behind the camera, you'll find us on stage or in the classroom, teaching at conferences like ShutterFest and Canadian Imaging. We also host international photography retreats in breathtaking destinations such as France, Italy, Mexico, and the UK—because we believe learning should be equal parts growth and adventure.
